Lately, we have been receiving several complaints from sms recipients who are registered with NDNC for receiving unsolicited messages.

As per the TRAI directives, it is mandatory to scrub data prior to providing any promotional call & SMS activity. Keeping in line with the directive, we once again strongly urge you to ensure that your client's data is scrubbed prior to conducting any activity & no call or SMS is being sent to those customers registered with NDNC.

Please note that any deviation to the above process will be taken up strongly in accordance & you will be solely liable for a penalty of Rs.5000/- and in case there are more than 2 complaints then there will be a fine of Rs.10,000/- per complaint.

To avoid any such incidence, you are requested to immediately register with NDNC (http://ndncregistry.gov.in) and to scrub your and your customer's lists before sending out any such SMS Messages. You can visit http://ndncregistry.gov.in for more information in this regard. Please make sure you do not use your account for any UCC (Unsolicited Commercial Communication) to avoid suspension and / or fine. If you require to urgently scrub your lists please contact us.

Please note that customers sending Stock Market / Commodity Market tips / advisory messages (non advertising and non marketing nature only) or price alerts or messages relating to a service or financial transaction under a specific contract between the parties are not required to scrub or register with NDNC.
